For over 20 years I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the most innovative minds in outpatient surgery. Along the way, I developed a passion for helping teams work towards operational excellence. By elevating core problems, challenging the status quo and working collaboratively, effective real-life solutions emerged. I’ve become a strong advocate for health care providers to be compensated fairly, fueling my work on the contracting and revenue cycle management side. As someone who is motivated by the success of others, I enjoy helping organizations experience success as they build on the strengths and talents of their team members.
